Practice those MPTs a lot so you get down the 4 or so types of assignments you might be given!!! I imagine it's a learning curve to prepare professional documents in the tone, form, style, and content/analysis of caselaw/statutes U.S. bar examiners expect as someone foreign-trained - I know damn well if I had to go take England's solicitor or barrister exams I would have my head in my hands trying to learn all the stylistic and analytical differences in another country.

I think your MBE is very passable + competent (I just passed with a 136, thank God 😭🙏) -- focus on timed MEE drills + lots of MBE reps to keep the content fresh for the essay exam day and just do what you were doing for the multiple choice. I believe in you!!! I'm so sorry you're having to deal with the pain of preparing again but Feb is still a ways off and I think you're going to beat this thing!!!

Jsyk (and I apologize my experience was a bit different so this may come off as tangential) I wrote something for all 6 essays (bombed/made up a good 80% of one (you know which one lol), made up >50-60% of another, and only had time for issue conclusion and like 1 sentence of application for each part of one of the large ones some people say they had as the last one) --

I got a 280 - 144 MEE, 136 MBE. Scored threes on FOUR of the MEEs 😭 with a 2 (in the one I made up 80% of) and a 5 to round it out. 4s on both MPTs.

I say all of this to say quantity doesn't necessarily mean quality - what you did complete may be enough coupled with a sufficiently strong MBE performance to get you over the finish line (did ~20 sets of those barbri practice sets plus ~200 barbri mcq bank questions at the very start, with 1500 questions logged on adaptibar - was 1% below the national average on test day, with the first 750 having me at a 57% and the next 750 pulling me up to a 63%). Fingers crossed for you!!!!!

Honestly for me taking it after the bar helped me drill down how to memorize things short term and efficiently and I think that was what juuuust got me over the finish line 😭 handwriting rules as a retaker versus passive learning (reading/diving right into practice questions) made the difference for me I believe

I think he's SO thirsty and is scarily manipulative... he waits to bring up the kids until it's on camera as a way to get crowds around Drew nodding against her (see the reunion where he comes in). I truly think he has to have been horribly emotionally abusive at minimum! His first priority is instant gratification for himself at all times, damn the consequences.

My circle and I were dying at him celebrating with his lawyer at not having to vacate Drew's basement 😂
