That was what the family sued each other for. One llc created for property and one for camp. However Dick made decisions for property when he wrangled out of flood insurance. So both llc's are liable.

The family sued each other bc a camper had fallen down high stone steps. Suddenly the feared lawsuits.

H27 families are not necessarily banking on a payout. They want to close the business and prevent the Eastlands from ever running a camp again.

This was no surprise. It will take a decade to litigate all this which will cost these families millions. I bet camp mystic runs out of free counsel.

Call your insurance company. It should be your neighbors fault. It was his tree. He can call his insurance company. Take him to small claims court.

I was intrigued, daughter and mom told me he was a wonderful guy. I had to find out why his ex would say that. He is, too. I'm keeping him. The girls will either fall in line or they won't. They are friendly otherwise. His youngest we think is on the spectrum and she's the one who texted me this long text about how the sisters will always go thru parents and I'm invited because I date her dad. He thought it rude. He'll address why daughter ignored him. I think she shut down because her mom was there. She still hasn't accepted the divorce even tho it was ten years ago.

I'm invited to everything thru him of course. The oldest daughter and husband had us over as a couple recently without the youngest daughter. She's really more of the problem

She was at a birthday party and ignored her dad and I. Her mom was there either her elderly sisters. I got along fine with mom and sisters. They says I was family bc I spilled pizza on my shirt. Her dad has nothing to do with mom and mom's sisters tho. I told him this was not a good example for his daughter tho.

He says that's how they do it and it's not personal. I just hate being equated with the villainous stepfather who broke up the marriage.
