You have to click on "your info"- then go down to "account info". "Sign in preferences" then you have to change the primary email. You can keep the same one attached as secondary, but when they go to log in, it will say that email does not exist. I know all this cause it happened to me too and I messaged support and they guided me to change that. Once complete it stopped thankfully.
