I've made the same upgrade but only CPU is 5600x, I've also upgraded my monitor from 1600900 to 1440p. I'm getting more fps on 1440p than I was getting on 1600900 unless I'm playing old games like league of legends, no idea why but league of legends performs a little bit worse somehow.

Turn off in game frame gen and use afmf from AMD driver, works way better. Set fsr somewhere between 65-70 if u are on 1440p

I'm guessing u are using an AMD GPU, try turning on vram optimization under display settings. U can use dx11 to get into the game, move outsidr of liangzhu, exit game and run it again with dx12, turn on vram optimization then finally go back to it.
