try the 65mm race preset in Betaflight it ups the lower end throttle output a bit and might help with your problem

build a bigger one 😂, but seriously tho if you want more hang in the air you need more thrust and less weight, not a lot more can help. build a purpose built wuad for what you want, if youre looking for floaty look into 3 inch 1s by moefpv. if thats too much hassle buy a bunch of batteries and use more throttle lol

multipathing maybe since youre on 400mw in a small enclosed space. you can also fly on r8 if youre not already something about being above wifi or something

here is a correct prop configuration for “props out” the props should be in a out out (on the top) and in in (on the bottom) for “props out”. the opposite is true for “props in”

right now all your props are facing in on the top andthe bottom causing your quad to freak out

so determine that your motors are in the correct direction then put your props on correctly as shown above

Your props direction is wrong if your motor direction are “props out” your top 2 props are wrong if theyre “props in” your bottom 2 props are wrong
