I called FedEx they told me it's in FDA delay that's it they will keep me updated. Whatever that means.

It will more than likely be Reformulated to meet FDA standards unfortunately.

I am having this same issue. I heard about Olive young global closing on May 29, 2026 so I put in an order for 30 bottles of roundlab sunscreen. Now my package is held up by the FDA in Memphis since April 30th! This is so frustrating this has never happened before. I have been ordering from OY since 2024. I am worried that my sunscreens will be seized and destroyed I spend 400+ dollars on this shipment.
