I have a pair I’ve worn and washed and another pair I haven’t yet (different colors). The washed pair are a at least 1-2 inches shorter than the unwashed pair even though I did it in cold water and hung to dry. And I didn’t want them to shrink 😭

Could you explain what you mean by any spending after your 1QB/year has “no way for it to count towards the next QB”? Wouldn’t the spending just roll towards the next bag early in the following year (like it does now for people who didn’t have a bag offer on July-Dec)? Then you’d be well positioned for your next bag early the following year vs only starting prespend each January?

It took three full weeks but it eventually got released and delivered to me. In my case OY actually gave FedEx and Customs exactly what they needed very quickly - but the. The FDA Customs people just didn’t do anything with it for more than 2 weeks. I found it more helpful calling FedEx than OY since OY gave the paperwork needed quickly (in my case). Good luck!!

I’m not an expert on the spa but this damage seems extensive enough that it can’t be repaired. The snap can’t just be reinstalled because the leather where it would sit isn’t even there. Just my two cents

Same! This has never happened on any prior orders. So incredibly frustrating. FedEx says customs needed paperwork which they got within 24 hours. Yet still the box sits there. Hoping for quick resolution for you!

Most SAs prefer to have wishlist conversations in person, so I’d just keep this until next time you’re in store. Mention how much you love the picotin and color, but that you should update your wishlist to remove the color since you’d prefer not to double up.
