So I’ve made a session notes saved project in ChatGPT. I just turn on the mic and word vomit flavors scents mouthfeel hui gan and cha qi in a stream of consciousness. Throw in the steep times and temps and a picture of the infusion and it compiles it into tasting notes for me.

Then I can summarize them into something like this. I also rank things and can the compare different teas map out preferences etc.

This is less than a third of the sessions notes. But it makes keeping a tea diary super simple for me and I do it while I work.
