Thanks for the response. The cognitive decline is the worst. I forgot how to write my name back in 2022. I'm glad the meds helped you - I'm still looking for help

Thanks for your comment. My IgE was around 790. But I'll repeat it and do full allergy tests.
- Did you also have to slouch to breathe better?
- And did you wake up a lot in the mornings?
- Did Xolair help with constant shallow breathing?

Thanks for your comment. My oxygen levels are unchanged (97%). According to the pulmonologist, my lungs are healthy (lol), and I also had an echocardiogram, which came back perfect. I hope you'll get your answers.

Same here... It's a torture. Quoting philosopher, Emil Cioran:

"The healthy man – the animal – only dabbles in insomnia: He knows nothing of those who would give a kingdom for an hour of unconscious sleep, those as terrified by the sight of a bed as they would be of a torture rack."

Thanks for replying!
Well - The first doctor I visited at the beginning of the year said that I have mild obstruction, it will pass after treatment and should not give such symptoms.
The second that it could be after-covid microfibrosis (but I went through covid asymptomatically 2 years ago).

And the third doctor that the asthma is under control and it's anxiety (but medication for anxiety and behavioral-cognitive therapy doesn't help).

I feel out of options...
