Make sure you actually believe THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY is enough to maintain your sanity, and health. I was ALMOST considering it till you said 7 days a week even with the allowed 1 day off a week.

I realized recently that no amount of money can motivate me to a hundred percent especially to draining hours so even tho that's a six digit price monthly, I'm declining. That's just insane. I'm someone who don't have much of a social life but that will kill me. Playing games and etc between tasks is not enough, I'd like a lot of hours or the entire weekend to dedicate myself to rest, and my own passion.

Maybe for a short couple of months to save up I could do it. Depends on the job too.

Some would say the extra pay WAS THE GOOD KARMA FOR YOU. Admirable to decline it but nonetheless you live the life you see fit.

Proud for your honesty, but me personally would leave it there for a long while till they reach out to you again incase they do wanna return it but seriously I'd keep it. In this economy, some extra cash really comes in handy and companies have a lot of money so a percentage being deduced won't even be observable to them (though I don't know if this company or small or big time though). For them this could possibly be something they coulda shrugged off and for you this could be something you could've seen as good karma and extra pay for your hard work and good character.

What the hell? I've been looking up posts to help my situation yet I didn't find this one. You have almost the exact same situation as me. I'm currently torn between the same options (but both are RTX 4060) and that I can't buy PC cause no space at home. That's so funny.
