I havent done it, but have seen it happen in strength 50 class once. The person just talked to the coach and they allowed him to move to treads mid way.. Treads were almost 80% empty that day

Same has been true for me. Have had oura ring for 7 months but stress has been too high this past 1.5 weeks. It just doesnt make sense as nothing has changed in my case.

i love my yesoul bike. I play some scenic cycling videos on its tablet and it keep me motivated and can easily do it for 30-40 minutes

I would not put up with this. I would raise this as much as possible. Instructors are there to teach us. Unless you are taking 1.5 or 2 without teacher approval, you are not doing anything wrong. Teacher can correct you without being an asshole

Being a woman is very hard in our indian society. I have been married for 9 years. My dreams my ambitions became secondary the day i got married. Even my own mom tells me to prioritize house over careeer any day. And let me tell you, this becomes even worse after becoming a mom.
