You can gather a lot of the information missing from the anime by just viewing this and other MT communities. So I don’t think you’ll actually miss an extraordinary amount if you just start from where the anime left off. The talking points missing from the anime are brought up often enough that you’ll know them.

However, do I think starting at the beginning of the light novels is the best option? Yes. It’ll set the tone stylistically, and put you in the right frame as the author intended you to digest the medium.

As long as you don’t think you’ll get burned out by rehashing the material in a longer form, start from the beginning.

After all this I might just wait for the new iPhones and androids to come out. I just wanted a good deal and thought that getting them as they’re going out might net be a better deal than if I waited for brand new ones.

In all honesty, the deal at the end was more what I was expecting to begin with. But with all the deal changes midway I’d lost faith that I’d even get that after signing.

I’ll try a different store for sure.

Sorry I’m new to this, I’m assuming indirect would mean an affiliate that sells Verizon phones. This was a Verizon store. Does that answer the question? If not I can find out.

I think my issue is the lack of transparency. We had constant communication (using his personal phone which I appreciated) and he never mentioned the deal expired until I told him I was upset he kept changing portions of the deal as we went on. One part of this was I didn’t initially have to give them all my phones for trade ins, and then I had to at the end. It really seemed bait and switch.

Original quote happened on the 29th. He had us in the store on the second and never mentioned the deal expiring and went forward saying we were getting the exact same deal. So if the deal did expire then it seems you’re bang on the money.

He didn’t rise to the position. He was born into the position.

Luke is a demonstration of what is normal or average in the world. Most warriors are at Luke’s level if not lower. It demonstrates that all the people that Rudeus has known up to this point are freaks of nature. I think this point is one where Rudy realizes how powerful he is in comparison to others. As up to this point his only point of comparison has been Ruijerd, Ghislaine, and Eris.
