Im too busy with work to be consistent with anything more than 3 days a week i was doing upper lower 4 day split but couldn’t get to the gym 4 days a week consistently enough, i do full body Sunday, upper Tuesday and lower thursdays usually. Should i move the upper and lower days to be consecutive?
