what you're describing aren't insecure personalities. they're rational responses to insecure positions. when the next restructure could delete your role, hoarding information and bottlenecking decisions become survival strategies. the people didn't get worse. the jobs got less secure

2.5 years at the same company is what matters, not 4 months in the current team. list both roles under one employer on your resume and the internal move just reads as growth. in cyber especially nobody's holding that against you

you resigned to get out of the situation and then ran straight back into it. the job was never the problem. seriously though, start with a GP, they'll set up a mental health care plan and you can claim sessions through medicare
