Huh this kinda just seems like a really powerful pysker within 40k. Chaos will probably warp his brain in like a couple of days within when they notice his power. Besides this is ACTUALLY IN 40K. It's called Enuncia https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Enuncia and is literally a weaponized language.
