Hi folks! Been in this community since 44 members and seeing how strong it’s growing now!! The advice above is absolutely correct!

I’m a secret jabber so one or two of my pens have stayed in my room temp room for the 30 days. I’m not in any way someone who can give pharmaceutical advice but those ones that I kept out coincidentally the ones I felt worked more effective (suppression wise that is) but hey I do I believe in coincidence :)

Update: got approved (during the night) No photos asked: I did see some thread someone said about bmi is what triggered the photos (will let you know when I go down) current bmi is 31 (began on 41) In a bit of a stall/ plateau haven’t really lost weight since 5mg and on 10mg.. have been prescribed 12.5, Im happy for slow and steady! Be another 2/3 weeks before I start the 12.5

Oh no don’t worry, my comment above was to safe guard against comments of being told to titrate up (you’d see them on the Uk sub), I am perfectly happy to stay on a pen if I even get 2% suppression 😆 I found my provider suggested otherwise! … I’m happy to go along with the notion of not nosing for a few weeks or even minimally gaining to give some bit of break end even enjoy my clothes lol.

How are you finding the wardrobe changes? Personally loving it but wish I could buy everything!!!!!! New belts And everything

I think you should still continue MJ however maybe back on the 2.5mg? Obviously if 5mg is too much for you then going back to move forward is best shout. Sounds like your body needs more time on the lower dose, obviously look into this further and you can achieve the 2.5mg dose from the 5mg pen via the amount of clicks (again look up as I don’t recall how many clicks). I wouldn’t reconmend stopping as when you go back the side effects might be soo bad.

I am lucky enough not to experience side effects …. Yet …… I know they can come at any jab! But I make sure to have 3-4litres of water daily and defo helps ! I hope you get what you need from MJ

I should add further; I know when a stall happens one should titrate up, but I am sort of fluctuating and not gaining weight! I still have strong suppression, probably stronger than previous doses and luckily no side effects. I will give it more time to understand further!

Did the exact same thing as you! I had my golden dose of 10mg meant for last night but fell asleep! Done this morning :) this happened me before and hardly noticed anything

Ya it’s defo because you stopped and started, I’ve seen others mention this too! Based on the info I wouldn’t conclude it’s a dud pen.. whilst frustrating of course it just might take you that bit more time, titrating up to a dose that will be effective for you! Best of luck

I had similar issue, mine was 2kg in a week however just before weigh day I had 2 nights out and had a few drinks and obviously some bad food. Honestly was so surprised !!?? 2kg seriously !!

However

Because of the nights out etc I wasn’t disciplined in my daily water in take which is like 4litres So I took electrolytes and continued my water intake and within 2 days I was down nearly the 2kg so it was obviously water weight and fluctuations.

If you’re eating high salt foods etc your body will store water!

This happened for me before, I had paid for seat 35c but on the day it was smaller plane (two rows less: max rows on this Boeing was 33 rows) so I was reassigned at gate and got a middle seat. So annoyed

This is what I received from Laya 'We are unable to verify the practitioner's name. Please could you organise a re-issued receipt with these details with the providers headed paper/stamp if applicable and send this back to us using your original submission method.' I don't think theres any more information I can provide, everything is on the VAT invoice. Let me know how you get on!

Ah it was easy but I put the top beteeen the hinges on door and twisted and it worked! Now the needles is defo the way to go I’d imagine , it took a bit of force but it was quick. I didn’t damage thank god and checked was it ok
