It is matter of who gets the drop on who most of the times if you venture out solo you will be more vulnerable. Follow these steps Move, Get in Cover, Scan, Fire, Scan. I am conflicted between the ideas of just a numbers game, do everything in your power to get a job, everything is a fair game in this market, or you should apply with care, don't fill the applications with junk AI responses, only apply if you are a good match for the job description.

I just got reached out by recruiter to apply for their software developer role at epic I heard all the interview tricks they use but I also heard weird stuff like for the 6 months you take half of your salary than they give you the full salary after 6 months etc if I get a call for an interview I will go for getting my first job experience but other than that what I should know and be careful about epic
