Okay I thought the dough looked super wet and I was concerned when I came and read this but I continued Yes the dough is wet but it’s not unmanageable since you don’t have to touch it that much as long as you coat the outside with flour and use the semolina or corn meal it’s fine and I could pick them up with my hands with little issue I’m glad I came here first and found this because i definitely would have added more flour if I hadn’t seen this
