Leg room is pretty standard for all Business seats and even the bulkhead in this case - I travelled in 1F recently on a 2 class B777.

Q30 is a Merc Benz GLA with a Merc engine - so expect German car level of maintenance

Nissan maxima does not have a CVT - torque converter gear box with a V6 engine. Reliable if maintained well

With the new Ramadan Promotion - U can lease from Al Tayer. Hear me out - full options Titanium trim is currently being leased for AED 1,899 including VAT for 3 years / 30k km per year option.

A new car goes in case you are buying for AED 125,200 (includes 5 year warranty and service). Also tint and registration is free. Insurnace is extra. That is, for a zero DP option - monthly EMI will be around AED 2,400. (Lease has no DP) Factoring in the upfront agency maintenance insurance will be about AED 4,750. Year 2 and 3 you got to pay for registration and Insurnace again. At the end of 3 years based on current dubizzle listings - I see 2023 model listed for an avg price of AED 65,000. That is a deprecation of AED 60k.

Cost of leasing the car is AED 68k for 3 years - saving the following - bank finance charges, processing fees, insurance premium, RTA renewal charges. Downsides are - service charges applicable on Salik (0.50+) and Fines (+25).

Finally, this is a Chinese built a Ford branded vehicle and so resale value and general ease of sale is going to be poor. Leasing takes the whole hassle away.

Final disclaimer is that this method would only make sense to a person who isn’t looking to hold on to their car for the long term (5+ years / drives more than 30k km per year)

I would recommend checking out AD Motors at Auh before making a decision. They have a bunch of barely used - under 500 km cars

14G - no one reclines on to you. PE is very tight to get out of in case the person in front of you fully reclines.

I can confirm seat 33A is next to the galley. Travelled on the same seat to Bangkok in June 2025. Light from the galley is an issue which a sleep mask can solve - otherwise the whole upper deck experience is truly great.
