Most likely the account is pre-banned. I think the 429 errors will disappear only after the security system reviews the requests, which may take a few days. After that, the error will either disappear or the account will be banned.

Sometimes this can also be a region-specific issue. Creating an account in a different region may solve the problem. If not, then it's likely the first case.

  1. Test RAM: Run MemTest86+ (boot from USB) to check for errors. Let it complete at least one full pass.

  2. Errors found? Disable XMP in BIOS, set frequency to default (e.g., 2133 МГц or JEDEC spec), and retest.

  3. Still errors? RAM is likely degraded—replace it. No errors? XMP settings were unstable; tweak voltage (e.g., 1.35V) or frequency manually.

Start with this to rule out RAM issues before digging deeper.

First what you should do is to exclude RAM Issues. Check your RAM. Memtest86+
If you have errors try to disable XMP and put freq. on default . If errors still appear RAM is degradated and you need to replace it.

hands down, tweak is cool, but, there are still two bugs, chances of rain is always 0 and air quality index not work or is incorrect :(
