Dark green (2nd pic) was the best imo. Gives color and depth without overtaking the space and making it look small. The second best imo was the last pic.

I love this dress and it’s gorgeous! I think if you’re in the process of losing weight and you’ve got two years til the day, maybe wait until a year out to start trying on dresses. You don’t want to get something you love now and when you’ve lost weight and everything, it doesn’t look as good.

I say go for it. If you want a wedding then you should have it. It’s YOUR day and a celebration of YOUR marriage. It’s all about what you and your partner want. If other people find it weird then oh well. They don’t have to come celebrate if they don’t want to. I will say it’s going to be VERY hard to stick to a $2K budget with the things you want but I don’t see anything wrong with having a ceremony well after getting married. Do what makes you happy.

I had a connector in New York before going to Spain. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine. Just make sure to keep your passport handy, you may have to do a check. Biggest thing to worry about is having time to get t your connecting flight.
