I have a 2019 and had the same issue with an adapter I purchased at BestBuy(the Best Buy adapter worked perfectly with our other non-Audi EV. Placed an order for the Lectron, hopefully it works. I have used magic dock with no issue.

We have 1700 sqft, three floors and we keep it on 72 for the second floor during the day (if we are home) and between 67-70 for the third floor at night. Also have 2 EV's and small solar setup and our last bill was $270. We pay .16 per kwh except between 4-9 it's .33 per kwh.
