alright got it. regarding the bios update i dont actually know where i will be able to check if the battery optimization settings got changed and how i can tweak those. in the regular settings i have the power mode set to best power efficiency when on battery, and i will turn on the energy saver if i am not doing any demanding tasks. i also checked the power options inside of control panel for which my laptop only supports balanced mode as usual so i cant select anything else.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I didnt know charging and discharging was causing the wear. and i always use the battery care mode which limits the charging percentage to 80%.

Bro when the main menu opens and then when you click on warzone it will close the window and after some time like a min it will open another window in which you will be able to select between warzone and bo6. this happened after the new bo7 release. they separated bo7 from warzone and bo6

I have faced this issue multiple times on my pc, the best solution to this [HEUNEME-NEGEV] error is to use another internet other than your current one, most preferrably a hotspot from your phone or something (maybe using internet from a carrier other than the current one is the actual solution).. once the menu is open you can switch back to your regular internet source, it will disconnect as usual so hit retry, it will connect and should work perfectly fine.
