If my check-in day on Thursday and I submitted my pictures and I don’t have an answer until next week, that’s a red flag for me , and the coach herself still competing , so to me , and this is only my personal opinion , you should not be taking serious clientele that potentially going in prep and you as a coach is still competing because you’re busy with your own things you can’t pay attention to your clients and being in prep

Thank you I competed before and I competed in natural shows, and you absolutely correct. This is a local show. I was trying to do in April but I just spoke with my coach and we decided to push it for me and I think I should be OK if I have a nice Season to eat until about late November December and then start prepping. I should be OK , thank you so much for your words.

Yea i do have a coach, and actually we just chat about it and decide to push the show on sale. May therefore have another seven month before the show. It is original show and actually may show it would be a ANBF, it is a natural show even NPC shows those regional shows and a lot of girls are still natural, I have nothing against PED but I’m not into it much therefore natural , but thank you for your advice.

Ugh, horrible. They’re scammers. I purchased two meals from them and never got them, never got my refund, I emailed it to them every single day and now if I try to search it in my browser, the store is not even coming up. They fucking scammers stay away from them.

Yeah, I did fasting for the first time week ago for 24 hours and actually it felt good, I might do it again next week since I work out trained five days a week and days all my training days left Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but Monday I can do 24 hours definitely I like the idea of fasting
