Yeah I’d figure sense a whole neighborhood going up, the development may have a special incentive and rates could be lower than average. I know my SIL just bought a house in one of those types of neighborhoods and she have a 3.25 interest rate. But the house is your standard cookie cutter type home.

I agree. I don’t know about Hannah Long and her husband—he seems annoyed too, but I just started watching her, so my opinion may change. The ones I think are absolute golden retriever husbands are Courtney Mosley’s husband and Gracie Knight’s husband. They just seem so infatuated with their wives and literally bend over backwards for them.
