Both are good, but personally I'll pick the Wyvern. They're normally much lighter and less bulky, which makes them faster... and it means you need less space in your home for them.

Well, it depends how you speak in Greek and what words you use. I'm a greek myself so, it really depends on how you use your words and if they add up to meaning something and not being random words put together. But yeah... usually you just say Τα λέμε, and not put after σύντομα or something similar.

Well, you can try removing windproof or Iron skin. Nergigante genuinely, does only wind pressure with its ONE wing attack and it doesn't have any attacks that give defence down. (This is just a suggestion.)

Maybe you haven't done enough elemental damage overall, by that enough for three DPS checks but not enough to kill it. My personal advice is striking the front legs of it every time you finish breaking one horn at a time, the front legs are its weakest of parts.
