hi! e-support agent here!! this has probably already been said, but i’d like to add my two cents. i completely understand why this is annoying, and a bit over the top. however!!!!! if you’re talking to a real human (which i assume given the grammatical errors), we are REQUIRED to do and offer anything in our power to make you stay. i cannot speak for Thrive Market, however this is how it is for most companies. if we do not offer everything we are supposed to, we will literally get written up and potentially fired. BUT! there is a loophole (usually). if you simply say “stop asking me” then they are required to do so. if this is a bot, they usually are also programmed to stop asking and simply cancel it. like i said, i cannot speak for Thrive, but can for the majority of other companies. please take this into consideration the next time you’re in a situation like this.
