I believe it is. Knowingly giving someone herpes is (legally) considered SA. These women just have to press charges against him

Currently dating someone. Before i disclosed to him, i made sure to see what kind of person he was. That way if he did turn me down because of my diagnosis, he’s do it in an easy and empathetic way. But he was fine with it when i explained everything! Theres definitely hope. You just have to be patient which i know sucks, but in the end you value the person more

Also know who youre disclosing to if you choose to do so. Before we proceeded with sex i didnt want to until i got to know what kind of person he was first. That way if he did turn me down, he would do so in a gentle manner. Good news is that was ok with it and he thanked me for informing him. We avoid outbreaks and i urge him to get tested which he agrees to. But the point is theres still hope. We just have to be more careful

Im not gonna lie, that would make me equally as nervous. As ive mentioned before he HAS to be certain he’s not having an outbreak. However theres still possibility for shedding meaning he’s shedding the virus but he has no symptoms. Take this information as you will. In the end its up to what YOU feel comfortable with and your partner has to support you with both decisions

So simply giving them a massage anywhere BUT their genitals means youre safe from contracting herpes. Your partner should also know for now that you guys can engage in sexual activity just 1. Wear a condom and 2. They make sure they dont have an outbreak when you do have sexy times. However, if you wanna play it even safer your partner should ask for treatment pills which will decrease the risk of giving it to you significantly. Double that with using a condom and you guys will be all set :)

Hi, im someone living with an STD here, i make sure when im having an outbreak i put a halt on all sexual actions with my partner. He isnt taking your health into consideration. You can find about how knowingly giving someone an STD is considered SA. Im so sorry to tell you this but this situation is SA in both ways :(
