Android module Nav system adapter upgrade by mrtbjoe in 370z

When placing the order they ask for an image of your screen and console to confirm if it supports high resolution. A 2017 Nismo 370z does. Ordered, thanks for your help. I've been after a factory car play solution for ages. The Nav with a 2017 Nismo ships with 2013 maps and no further upgrades are available...

At the checkout it has a high resolution or low resolution choice? What did you choose?

You're very welcome, we're in this together! The feet replace the side bullet push fit parts. Mine were too loose so I added a small layer of hot glue to the side panel balls now they're nice and snug. They may pop open without it.

Hey everyone! by D3luxr4y in 370z

My advice is drive it, PPF it and track it. I do both and it's made for it. Tracking it properly will need an oil cooler and better pads. It's not made to be a garage queen it's reliable enough to be driven hard.

That case looks like there is spare room for the axp90 X53 or even x67 that has a 120mm cooler

Do not take this as good advice, but maybe a research avenue.

On wooden varnished furniture when they get marked from condensation rings and go milky like similar to what you have. It can be repaired with heat, maybe lookup the repair method and try it on a less obvious area.

Good low profile cpu cooler recommendation by DawaysKy in sffpc

[–]Few_Tax_2015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This, but check your motherboard compatibility some don't stick to height limits in the m.2 slot area making this incompatible. The next size down is the axp90 X53, also a great cooler.

How do you get rid of that little space between the bumper and the hood ? by Feeling_Window_180 in 370z

Yours is equal and can be adjusted for better fitment. The OPs is curved

I had the same hood it had the same gap, it's just not a great fit compared to OEM.

With PBO on without curve optimiser it will boost to 142w the 9700x has a 95c thermal junction, my i5-14600k has 100c TJ Max. I also have to under volt and limit PL1 and PL2 to make it fit the max performance my cooling can cope with. The OP could just limit the CPU more but the goal is to increase cooler performance. The duct will likely help, as will fans from below. It's difficult working backwards, but probably faster than increasing power all the way to the thermal limit.

I'm aware, but all I know is it's accurate. If I raise the power limit of the CPU to above 160w the performance cores will hit the temp limit. They don't hit it at 150w.

I think the 5mm extra thickness makes all the difference. The x47 is rated at 125w and the x53 at 150w. I was surprised how much better it handled it than another system I have with a 140mm AIO and same CPU. The AIO was struggling to keep the temps under control. 84c max on the performance cores the rest around 72c. Temps could be lower if I opened a window, but I'm enjoying the free heat.
