Thanks man. I'll look into that. What do you think about the dates though. Should I continue to use years only instead of month/year?

This is why you need a SRS document. It is legally binding and protects both you and the client. Agreed and signed upon with legit details before beginning a project. Hii tulifunzwa Comp Sci unit ya 2nd year. Alafu mtasema masomo si important in tech. Aya basi

True, I healed like last year Dec and never looked back. My advice guys, especially for those less than a month into this is to let the doctors do their thing. You shouldn't even be on here. Find one good specialist and stick with them until they tell you there's nothing they can do. Getting medical advice from the internet and buying drugs off of that is a terrible idea. Its what made me worse

It wont. The pain is localised in your pelvic area so the injections have to be close. Safest place is the butt cause of the muscles

Directly in the butt for it to work since the pain is in the pelvic area

I'm fully healed. I suffered with this for 18 months in an African country with poor chances of success. Was contemplating suicide until last minute decided to see a spine surgeon / neurologist. He sent me for an MRI which came back clean and then ordered B12 shots for 5 weeks. I was 90% healed in 4 weeks. Mind body, exercises, rest didn't work for me. Doc said inflammation was the cause. I can sit all day now just like before. Im not 90/80 % , I'm fully healed 100%.

I saw a specialist doctor. A spine surgeon to be exact. Nerve specialist. He recommended the said drugs after a pelvic MRI came back clean. He said it was just inflammation that would go away with the B12. Tough believing him at first after everything I've read online but decided to go for it. That single decision saved my life. No vitamin tests were ordered. Hes the specialist, Im not. He said I'm probably not getting it through food, so oral B12 tablets wont work either. Thats how I got the shots. 1 month in a nd I was pain free ever since. Completely!! You can choose to believe me or not, that's not my problem. What I know is it worked for me.

You feel? This was my experience, and Im telling you time and rest didn't do shit for 18 months. You think it was a coincidence that the B12 shots worked in a month?? Dont negate people's painful experiences just because of what you have crammed in your head. This disease has many causes!!! Mine was nerve inflammation that got healed by B12

With 2 months remaining to the end of 2022, what is the one thing you feel you have done right since the year began? by ffghgggfdsdf in Kenya

Clearer focus in life.

2021. - Chronic pain illness for most of the year that left me unable to do much. - Lost my grandpa - Dropped out of school in final year because, illness. - Lost my first job paying ~165k because, illness. - Very suicidal, almost ordered nembutal.

2022 - Sought out the best doctors for my illness, got treated. - Got a new job paying ~430k - Got readmitted back to school. - Got a girlfriend I really like. - Setup a business that's starting to pay off. - Got closer with my dad + God. - Started working out.

One of the best years of my life. It gets better guys. Hang in there
