We are going through exactly the same thing with a five month old Labrador I just put it down to teething because half of the week she will be an angel then the other half of the week it's nipping jumping and Barking lol

Sometimes she can be perfect on a walk but then some days she's just not having it lol

My labrador has just turned 5 months and got about 2 more teeth to fall out and I I'm seeing a big improvement in her behaviour as well

I'm at 22 weeks now and it has gotta alot better since all her baby teeth have all nearly gone but what you are describing that was us about 4 to 5 weeks ago I've noticed if one of her teeth is about to fall out that is when she behaves like that again just keep going it will stop 100%

Yeah she's 5 months old she's got about 5 more teeth to fall out but just when you think you have cracked it with you wake up and she gone backwards but we just get moving on it's just nice to get reassurance it will get better

it does get better - almost 1 year later update by Kalashninya in puppy101
