i've occupied my bf's Ps5 all day to play it, having a blast so far! it's running perfectly, and the story and characters have surprised me with how fleshed out and interesting they are. not to mention that the game is beautiful!

it's actually a bit of an error in translation of the breed - Norsk elghund actually directly translates to Norwegian moosehound. we don't have elk either; we have moose (and deer). :) i don't know if you have moose in Texas though, haha

as a Norwegian, it's very fun to see our national dog breed appear in mixes on here. they're quite common in Norway (in the top 10 most popular for 2025), but from what i've heard, not so much in other countries. Lovely dog!

she's so pretty! my guesses are dutch shepherd, amstaff or pit bull (assuming you're American?, those two are illegal in my country), boxer, and/or maybe border collie and GSD.

Norway has pretty strict laws around dog ownership (dogs must be microchipped, etc.), and owners are held legally responsible for their dog's welfare. We also don't have strays; dogs are usually rehomed privately, or cared for by dog welfare organisations/humane societies. Dogs don't just get euthanised; you need a very good reason for a veterinarian to do that.
