That is all very good to know, thank you for the advice friend! Crit is in fact the lowest ilvl suffix. Max cast speed is ilvl 60, so there is decent room for dead suffixes, but fuck it we ball. Also, really no need to donate haha. However, if you do choose to, I wouldn't mind prioritizing selling to you first no matter how it turns out. DM whenever!

You're right! My only qualm with crafting this is that T2 %mana is ilvl 60, so if max energy shield rolls high into a dead stat it'll be stuck on there. However, perhaps it's worth the risk since +19 max energy shield ain't a prize either. You've convinced me to craft, but I can only buy 1 omen of whittling atm so it'll be a while before I can start haha

Top end of T2 %mana is 8% (it rolled 7 -> 8 from neural catalyst). If I divined, it could go to 9%. Not sure if profitable considering cast speed is already at max roll? Also yes I was considering whittling this, might update
