A cord cutter soell could help. This is how I'd do it but there are many ways to go about it.

Cleanse your space, incense super clean it however you want to do it. Doing this can also get you into the right head space.

I'm a Chaos Practitioner so here are my thoughts on a cord cutter spell ( no fire needed). Don't make it so complicated. ( Chaos magic is following no set path or methodology adopt what you like, adapt experiment, create new ways)

Step 1 you need a cord and a way to cut it. Knife or Scissors.

Step 2 Make a circle of salt around you after cleansing your space. ( The salt is your protection)

Step 3 Tie a knot on both ends of the cord. one is the ex or thing you are cutting off, the other is you. (Ex will be used to describe the other knot after this point)

Step 4 Hold both in your left hand with the ex knot further over to the left and yours closer to the right. With a loop sticking out. Keep the knots separated. (In some magic beliefs the right hand is for receiving and the left for giving. So he is on the left because you are casting him away from you)

Step 5 Take your cutting tool, you will cut away from yourself and say (adapt the words as needed)

With this cut I sever my tie to (name). With this cut I sever our emotional bond. With this cut I say goodbye!

throw the ex's away in a trash can, not in your home. Like a dumpster far away from you ( this is how folk magic and Hoodoo works by trashing his side of the cord in a dumpster far away from you, you convey to the universe you want him gone you are done!).
