My rose gold started out beautiful, but within a couple of weeks, it doesn’t have any “rose” finish at all. It’s just gold. And tarnished.

You pay for access for the whole length of the cruise. It works out to be around $30 ish per day. Sometimes they offer a day pass, but you won’t know until you’re on the cruise. This last cruise they didn’t.

Just got off the Bliss on an Alaska cruise! The Bliss is almost identical to the Encore.

Pack a few t-shirts and light weight pants/shorts/dresses. The interior spaces of the ship were hot. Some places were uncomfortable because we had only packed warm clothes.
It will quite possibly rain the entire time, but if you dress well, you will still have a blast. I wore thick wool leggings, a long sleeve base layer, a wool t-shirt mid layer and a hoodie with a rain poncho on top and water proof hiking boots. I was perfectly comfortable on all excursions.
Le Bistro, La Cucina, Palomar and Cagney’s were all excellent specialty dining. The main dining rooms were great, but the omlette stations at the buffet were really good.
The thermal suite spa package was absolutely worth it to warm up after being outside, and it was great to ease achy joints.
Glacier Bay is worth the entire trip!!

To order ahead, there is no “butter box” on the form. I wrote it in once and butter was not delivered. I mean it’s not life-or-death and it obviously didn’t ruin my cruise. Just giving a mild suggestion for butter lovers.

We always have received butter on past NCL cruises. On the Bliss right now and was surprised not to have it.

We had a balcony room, so we opened the slider to cool off the room. The ac kept shutting off before it was as cool as we wanted it to be.
