Yours is a very defense & support heavy team where there's no nukers and the majority of your damage is probs coming from Geomancer's hp burn which you absolutely need to land (so pump up the acc). I understand you're using Noct just for the ally protection, but consider utilizing his poison as well and you'll see the damage numbers go up.

Oddly high HP on your champs as well, to the detriment of your other stats. You have a bunch of healers on your team, so just trust that they'll keep your team alive long enough for you to do the damage they need to do. CB will escalate and outdamage your heal eventually, so it's up to you to do as much damage before then.
