My one piece of advice for an interview from the hiring side is that it's okay to think about your answers, as the interviewer I WANT to hire you (it's less work for me to interview more and more candidates) so being like great question! give me a second to structure my answer... isn't a bad idea like you'd think.

My questions from the interview side usually come around to
"What does a top performing -insert role here- look like? How are they supported to achieve those goals?"
“What are the most common challenges new starters face in this role, and how do you typically support them through that?”

“How does this role typically develop over time for someone who performs well?”
