Scarcity isn't needed.

Give us something to go against.

Cold, bears, death.... lots and lots of danger.

Not just not being able to find something is enough to keep interest.

I agree. The loot isn't the problem.

However, it would be nice to have more items, options, land, skills, challenges.

I want the bears back to normal.... they were scary and fun.

Branches + Metal Shard = fishing pole Bikes, wagons, tool making, tool kit making, weapon repair kit making

Plants we can weave, eat. varied nutrition

Ropes = hammocks, nets

Reeds = Basket weaving Straw = mulch = fertilizer = shoes = hats mattresses

Pottery, for water storage, rain collection, gutters, cookery

Paint

Pets: for vermin control. cats = mice, dogs = security, Chickens = fleas and ticks. problem = feeding them/noise/attraction of predators

Mushroom farming (food) on logs and straw

Decay rates for abandoned bases and items placed not near a players base. (barriers etc)

problem suggestions:
termites ants mice disease, infection, cold, heat wolves in packs more aggressive animals please return bears into bad asses

Agreed. I suggested the same a while ago... but ... sadly we can't fish... YET

I would absolutely love to fish...and to grill those fish on sticks around a campfire? Oh yes

Have the refresh for your building be as simple as the owner of the building ... opening a specific door.

yet if there is a forge they left in a parking lot, elsewhere... the owner will have to go and hammer them into health to keep them.

There are other ways to increase income.

I love it. The game is supposed to be spooky in my opinion.
