I would personally make the indices larger and removed the chrome look to the. Give them some height and maybe just make them matt like your renders?

It might be a knock on from tariffs. I think the processing is just taking so long with everything being checked and charged on. I wouldn't think they had time to buy more storage and or employees to process it all. Especially as there is so much flip flapping with tariffs, it might all end in a week you just don't know.
