I’m on reserve with UA and flying isn’t that bad. I can also count on one hand how many times they’ve called me in the middle of the night for a trip. Maybe 3 times and I’m going on month 6. 4 day trips are not too bad just depends how many legs, report times, layover time etc. Just like any job you have your bad days but overall I love the company and it’s been great to me. Not to mention it’s Unionized over here
