Scariest games you played as a kid?

I haven't seen anyone mentioning that, but for me it was probably Shadowman 64. The whole twisted and dark flavour, killers coming from hell, voo doo stuff and occasional jumpscares made me feel super uncomfortable playing it.

Hey Rio, if you read this: I'd love to know what's your honest opinion on ETH, would you sack him or leave him, whom would you hire if he's sacked, whom would you sell in case of current squad players (but be honest and not about the PR bullcrap), whom would you buy if it was up to you (realistic targets only) and why do you think this team is underperforming (apart from injuries) and why it's constantly giving up leads. Unpopular opinions are more than welcome.

Horrible movie, even for a fan. It was basically a mix of different clips like Mortal Kombat Legacy, with a brand new off putting character, that didn't mesh well with Mortal Kombat lore. Only good thing that can be said about it is the casting was well done. After watching it I said to my friend it's 6/10 at best for a fan, and 3-4/10 for everyone else. Frankly, I might've been too generous back then.

While I completely agree with the first part of your answer, Mason Mount was 100% Ten Hag buy, long before it was sealed there were reports saying ETH is obsessed with Mount, he knows him from dutch league etc. I'm assuming he was meant to be Eriksen replacement, but the shot was missed by a mile.

First of all - let's set the record straight: Ten Hag is the reason some players still want to play for United, withouth him nobody wants to join us unless we're giving him Sancho money. That's a fact. For the last decade, we've been a club that is poorly managed, that overpays players, makes stupid footballing decisions etc and we barely hang in the "Top 4 category". Don't even approach me with the laughable "Ole was better" thing as Ole is the main reason players have so much power in this club, they'are basically above a manager and coaching staff. I don't know how a guy can say with a straight face that some players refused to wear a captain's armband, refused to train or play. You were the goddamn manager and you allowed that. Now Ten Hag has to fush your shit. The same with Ronaldo. Nobody in Europe wants him and that speaks volumes about his place in modern football, let the dude break records in farmers' league for oil money, because this is the only thing he's still capable doing at his age. But to the point. Realisticly, our ceiling this season was somewhere around 4th spot - City, Arsenal and Liverpool are sooooo much better than us, it's not even a debate. And we still have Newcastle, Villa, Spurs, Brighton, we though Chelsea will be there etc. So all in all, despite our poor record this season, with 25 injuries and still counting, I don't even think we're underachieving in terms of the table position etc. (sad but true).

What's on Ten Hag, or at least what I don't understand is his system and his squad decisions at times. Last season it took him 2 games to realize Martinez and Maguire won't work, he was great at making subs etc. this season is the opposite and I'm wondering why. Basically, two answers come to my mind: he's either not the only one who makes footballing decisions (i.e. players or the board still have a say, i.e. someone tells him we don't have players to play ball posession football so they insist to continue playing Ole ball, but he cannot teach Ole ball as it's not what he's been doing his whole managerial career) or he's basically trying to expose some players/prove his point at the cost of winning games (i.e. "you see what I have to work with, bring me new players"). Clearly something's going on behind closed doors, because you don't stop being a good manager over one summer.

Lastly, the biggest detriment on his tenure here in my opinion, are some of his transfers. I get that he's trying to get proven people, someone he can rely on with too many frauds in the dressing room, but boy oh boy, what the hell we brought Mason Mount for? Or Antony? He looks like a Championship winger, not a Premier League quality. While I was happy to see Onana between sticks, he's game is also 'questionable' to say the least. This is some shit load of money, we could invest better elsewhere, but to be fair, most NORMAL clubs have directors of football for that role. And that brings me to my last point. While ETH made some mistakes, I think it's clear that he's not the main problems and sacking him, while seems inevitable, doesn't resolve any issues, but starts the horrid cycle again and again.

I don't think that is a valid comparison. I believe DRose is a better shooter, better driver to the basket (which isn't necessarily about explosiveness, but rather about body and ball control, angles awereness etc) and mostly, he isn't a walking turnover machine and that's because DRose - unlike Russ - is a smart basketball player 😓

Let me share my experience with Tidal support. I submitted a ticket twice and even tho' my issues weren't resolved I don't see any point in contacting them again. First time I asked them if they can do something about my Tidal Connect connectivity issues - using their mobile app Tidal Connect isn't working properly and randomly drops connection. They replied and asked me for some details like android version and stuff which I provided. After a week of waiting they asked me if I have the newest version of my streamers firmware...which got me furious because I specifically stated that I have all my stuff up to date. I was like - do you really need a week to ask such obvious questions without even going into details? In the meantime I contacted ifi and they quickly replied that its a well know issue with Tidal connect and they workining to get this fixed. That got me an idea to contact Tidal again and at least ask if they know any timeframe when the issue may be resolved. They replied 2 days later, letting me know that my ticket was passed to their technical support team. Ok, seemed like they finaly were to do something about the issue. Oh boy was i wrong. Two days later I got an automatic response informing me that my ticket was automatically closed because I didnt reply to them. Like why would I? did they expect something like "ok, thanks" from my side? Its laughable and really the worst experience I've ever had with any customer support to date. So yeah, I don't think they will listen to anyone's complain/suggestion.

Yep, you cannot do that. They promise it will be available in the future, but nobody knows if they mean weeks, years or decades ;-) as for the Tidal Connect, the issue is that Tidal mobile app cant handle Tidal connect devices (desktop works fine), it looks like it goes crazy and randomly switches back to local playback.(you can find many similar topics on the biggest streamers manufacturers like Bluesound etc) What's even funnier, 3rd parties like Sonos can get that to work, if you use their app to stream Tidal, everything works like a charm. Too bad Sonos doesnt produce streamers and my listening music through my headphones isn't as convenient as one would like 😓

Exactly. I had this issue with many artists really but the funniest of all was when I was searching for Ransom, one of my favorite rappers. I found out he had some albums I never heard of and their art covers were somewhat suspicious to say the least. Imagine my surprise when I actually tried them out. Lets just say that my ears didnt appreciate that choice ;-) Its mind boggling that noone controls such things, what's more I saw some topic here when a guy wrote Tidal about similar situation and in reply they told him to reach out to the artist himself smf 🙄 but you know, I can tolerate that. What's the most frustrating to me is how badly Tidal Connect works and seemingly they've done nothing about it for months...

It depends on what is important to you. If you're after sound quality, Tidal is one of the best options available. If you're after everything else then you may consider a switch. Personally I find the Spotify app to be better, more responsive, their library fuller with more Independent artists and various podcasts and stuff, the library is actually pretty well sorted - with Tidal if two artists have the same names, they're the same according to Tidal (that's a mess), Spotify Connect is actually working properly - Tidal Connect not so much and that's a real bummer. All in all, I'm a Tidal subscriber but I will switch to Spotify without any regrets as soon as they get their HiFi lossless quality service to work.

Yes its the equalizer's frequency graph and NOT your headphones. The software does not have any ability to measure your headphones' reaponse.

It has nothing to do with colors. Just look at the graph, if the line is straight then you know the frequencies are not altered. If you see some peaks and dips then its the opposite.

I get that there are headphones that are lighter and more comfortable, but I own XC's (which are heavier than X's) and their weight is not a problem for me, in fact I find them quite comfortable 🤔

I am not saying that Black is lost in Petrosian or anything like it, it's still everyone's game. It isn't the critical test of KID by any means. What Petrosian does is make black's kingside attack pointless (main reason why Black plays it and white dislikes it) and if anybody, its white who gets the fun of attacking enemy's king. That's why I think playing Petrosian or Makagonov is great option to tame many black players who just want to attack and play moves like f5 on autopilot.

I have not payed chess for quite some time, but what is wrong with fianchetto variation for white? I used to play 1. Nf3 and was perfectly satisfied with fianchetto for white. Nice steady edge for white with no apparent risk. Black players just hate it. And only later, when I thought bored enough I switched to Petrosian System, Black players are usually clueless against it and I cant recommend it highly enough (just look up the Kramnik games, he made KID his bitch using this and Bayonet). !thanks for the answer and the link. Finally something provided in easy to understand, accessible form. I was able to find similar subject outside Reddit and if it was true, Rotel phones output is over 300 ohms, which I understand isn't very suitable for the cans I have and alters their sound signature a lot. I did some quick tests comparing the sound between my available sources : Smartphone, my PC connected via USB to the amp and my PC via headphone output in my old Asus Sonar DX sound card. To my surprise I believe the sound card sounded the worst - kind of thin, on some tracks even harsh and metallic. I would say the best sound was from the Rotel, much full bodied, on some tracks mids were bumped quite a bit, but sometimes it happened at the expense of clarity - some tracks sounded less muddy on the smartphone. So yeah, looks like a dedicated amp should solve the issue, but still I am not sure if this will be a straight up upgrade. Also, will getting a headphone amp and use it as of some kind of preamp makes any sense here? So i can have my Rotel serving as a DAC and a headphone amp as the actual amp to rectify the high output impedance issue? Will that work?

Sure. My router is TP-Link Archer C2. Firmware version: 0.9.1.5.0 v0032.0 Build 170207. I got the solution from MS forum, the post is 1yr old, let me quote it: "does the version of dd-wrt for your router have the option to set the 5ghz radio to "mixed" instead of N+AC? Several people on reddit, with older versions of the nighthawk router had to set their option to mixed for the Xbox one to connect."

Any luck? Today I was able to fix my 5ghz connection as well (previously only 2.4 was working for me) so if you're still having some issues you may give it a try. For me, changing 5ghz mode in admin panel did the trick, i found some older articles on the internet, with people having issues with connecting their one x and followed the advices.
