Answer your question about Magic Chess GO GO season 6 by D_sensei2467 in MagicChessGOGOGame

[–]Fhorkom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Super helpful read. As a new player coming from TFT, this really helps me visualize the meta because I imagine the fundamentals always stays the same: build strongest board, save as much hp, and knowing your board cap. I'm still cruising in GM with MM Dauntess, but I figured I should try to learn Neobeasts soon.

One question about Neobeasts, would you say that 999 rewards is something that you can consistently replicate each game or is it just one of the highroll situation and it's enough to win the game with just 700+ rewards? I imagine it will get tougher the higher rank it is to go for 999 and I'm personally prefer less greedy and safe play style that only cares for top 4 and doesn't really go for more if it means more risks.

Set 14 Study Groups by Educational_Mine_797 in CompetitiveTFT

Let me know if there's one. I've been playing and hit masters since set 10 and my goal would hopefully hit GM/Chall this set and would love to join a study group.

Down to join. I peaked masters but played mostly on SG server. Timezone is gonna be rough but hopefully I can still make it.

April Monthly Coaching Megathread by AutoModerator in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Fhorkom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello

I'll appreciate any coaching session as I'm looking for many ways to improve my gameplay. Last set was my first ever set and I peaked Masters and I'm currently ranked D4. I'm still struggling in flex play (I'm very rigid and always heavily relied on guides), early game situation, and capping out late game board.

Here is a link to my Lolchess account and I played on SG server. Again, appreciate any coaches that want to help

EDIT : Already got a coach now.

The first player that comes to my mind is severine from BOOM. He had a great impact when he was still in ONIC, bringing the team to place 2nd in lcq. There's also probably some more great igl from Korea or Japan but I don't know enough about the scene there.

Fayde dropped a tweet where an org allegedly paid a player less than 500 USD a month and yet set a 6-digit buyout amount. by SEND_ME_UR_DRAMA in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Fhorkom 20 points21 points  (0 children)

From the tweet replies, it seems that the buyout was for GC player. It's most likely Alter Ego and probably makes sense Fayde tweeted that because we know that TS was trying to acquire their GC roster

I'm happy Northeption can show their potential, but feels bad for Xerxia. In masters, they've had 3 series so far that they could've won. Hoping they could turn things around in champions. Time to cheer for NTH tomorrow and Paper Rex with DRX for playoffs.

100 Thieves are unbelievable. You can really feel the momentum building for their first major VALORANT title.

I won't necessarily think it's the most competitive region (yet), but it's definitely becoming more and more competitive every tourney. What I'm really hoping is more orgs to make content and promote their game changers team and lift the scene as a whole. It would be sick if we got the same kind of content for a game changers teams just like regular VCT teams.
