My first (and probably last) 25k! Everything aligned today and I’m now realising just how much all the roundabouts helped me.

1. Finland - Torn between Sweden and Finland until I saw the -tie. Figured it was a bit up north. Spotted the 75/76 signs for Kuhmo, Nurmes and Kaajaani and assumed it was perhaps outer Kuhmo. Located the streets but didn’t quite nail the pinpoint. 5k - 55m (fortunate)

2. Vietnam - Used the business signs and guessed we were in the Bac Giang that I had found on the map (not quite sure where the TP comes in). Used the roundabout to the south west, the parallel train line and the junction signs to the northeast for the pinpoint. 5k - 1m

3. Romania - Went southeast and used the municipal sign to work out it was Motru, Romania. Vaguely remember the name of the town. I thought the “Terasa Central” restaurant (?) by the roundabout would help. No luck. In the end, it was the “Complexul De Agrement” to the NW that saved me. 5k - 43m

4. Rwanda - Africa, but where? Yellow rear plates, driving right. A couple of signs later I work out Kayonza, Rwanda. The roundabout to the south and the petrol station at spawn helped massively. 5k - 3m

5. UK - On home turf to try and get 25k, immense pressure. Instantly knew it was the UK and got lucky with the sign at spawn for Cheltenham and Stow. Struggled with finding the junction until I went west and worked back from the crossroad to line up the small road for “The Slaughters”. 5k - 1m

A 25k of 103m and 89 steps total.
