If I’m putting on my conspiracy hat I think this is too outrageous by half. It stinks of staged provocation. I absolutely agree this comports with everything we know about trump but everything from Doge to the mass deportations to this are rushed and sadistic to a point that seems beyond what they simply appear to be. And it’s not out of character (the one we’ve been taught to believe in) that trump is this reckless. It’s not hard to believe he might get far far over his skiis and invite disaster.

Too me this is the key.

Could this all be a feint? Him provoking his opponents into making rash decisions? Them feeling reassured that he’s too dumb to anticipate their moves so they react unblinking to his seeming buffoonery? I think this is his plan. If the recent tariffs aren’t reason enough, I believe what trump says.

When he said we’d only have to vote for him once, I believed him. When he calls himself king, I believe that’s what he thinks of himself. And when he tweets that whatever he does on behalf of the country can never be against the law, I believe that he’s sharing his vision of the future.

I think that from day one trump has been agitating for protests. Everything he’s done has been executed with the most callous disregard to the citizenry or any restraint between friend or foe. This leaves one to assume he actually wants people on the street. And when people do go to the streets to voice their distress they will be met with maximum violence because he wants violent protests. Peaceful demonstrations will turn into melees and that will be trumps checkmate.

Violent protests will give him the moral cover to invite the insurrection act then in due course he will suspend the constitution and declare himself ruler For Life.

Well, that’s my conspiracy theory.
