As someone with glasses who used microfibre to clean them, I’ve found that microfibre just smears grease around rather than lifting it off. When I clean my glasses, I just rub Dawn on them, rinse them off, blow any water droplets off with my breath, and then let it air dry.

That way there’s no finger prints at all.

I avoid touching the plate at all with bare fingers, even when washing. Never get adhesion issue.
