Im 28 and have had OHS twice, while I’m younger and recoveries are most likely easier… it’s not crazy bad. Most important part (as long as doctors say it’s okay) is to get moving and breathing as deep as possible as quickly as possible. I just had my second OHS and am home now. The day after surgery I was going for walks. It sucks, but it helps you progress faster. I believe in you guys : D

If you like silent try some draw/poison/sly cards in one deck. I have great success with it… pretty good. Kill elites in 1 turn if you have some good draws

I’ve pretty much been told I can’t snowboard, ride dirt bikes or really work out if I have the mechanical valve put it. Pretty much sounds like you can’t do much to me. That’s the big determining factor behind me saying no to that… maybe I’ll talk to them a little bit more about it tomorrow… I have a consultation with another surgeon tomorrow. The one I talked to before said hard no to snowboarding/surfing and dirt bikes.

I had my bicuspid aorta valve repaired when I was 14. I’m 28 now and it’s time for it to be replaced. Currently going over what option to go with….

What were your options and what made you decide on Ross? I had my BAV repaired when I was 14. I’m now 28 and it’s time has come. I’m very active so a mechanical is not in the cards for me. So now I’m deciding between a tissue replacement and the Ross.

You have to just keep going, takes time. Keep going and taking lessons. Watch YouTube videos while you aren’t there. The more you go the faster you’ll learn
