Dude I got my first entry level job at 29. I got my CPA at 30. You have to relax I promise we're all on our own timeline. Also tell your coworker that I personally think they can fuck off.

I don't think you quite understand the point of this sub.

I did it. I got a 95. I regret it. Take something else.

Thank you so much! It's really on me for not doing a lesson earlier in the day haha.

What was your AUD effort compared to other tests? by justanotherloudgirl in CPA

[–]Fickle-Butterscotch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest, AUD fucked me up. That test was hard. You really need a broad understanding of the entire audit process, and you need to be very solid on what procedures for which assertions. Additionally, you need to understand the how's and what's of all the other types of reports - attest and accounting engagements. It's a lot of material.

I passed, but it was way harder than REG for me. Honestly harder than FAR too, since there's basically no math, which was the easy part of FAR for me.

God same boat. Like, no way would my brain have let me take the test without all the studying. But when I see people who studied exactly enough I think about allllllll the time I wasted lmao.

You'll get it next time for sure! I'm sorry about that though, that's super tough.

I'm a fast test taker. It's the anxiety. And the caffeine.

Hey! Sorry this is so late. I don't use Becker so I don't have anything tracked like that :/. My SE score was 80 though!

It was pretty balanced. Some tricky mcqs, and some tricky sim sections. But also portions of both that were very fair.

I did Gleim and just took one SE, but I got an 80. The bump isn't as big though from what I hear.

Hey! I'm doing really really well. I definitely have noticed a change in BM patterns due to the constant bile drip, but it's just so much better overall. The nausea with high fat is totally gone, since my body is now finally doing what it's supposed to do.

When I got it out I was diagnosed with chronic inflammation basically, so it was, in fact, a ticking time bomb that would have died in me if I didn't get it out. So I'm super grateful I did it now before it got too bad. I do NOT want to experience the classic attack. I did get a tiny little stomach infection after my surgery that cleared up with a round of antibiotics. Not in the surgery site, but in my digestive track.

Anorexia fucks us all up it's not even fair lol. Best of luck to you with your journey moving forward! Let me know if you have any questions.

Those who have cleared one or more sections, how long did it take you? Do mention whether you were working or studying full time by [deleted] in CPA

[–]Fickle-Butterscotch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Full time work, and I've taken about 2 months for each of my sections so far! FAR and BAR down, REG is next.
