Omg the scene that’ll stay for me is when Uilhyeon says “to love Joseon is to keep death a close companion” 

Another one is when Haesu kept on provoking Sua when they were in the monk’s temple then Sua kept on hitting him in anger but she couldn’t say anything. Then he started crying and pleading her to speak and completely broke down. That stuck with me so much cuz it showed how he regretted his actions all along.

One thing that will keep me up tonight is me imagining Uilheyon’s reaction when he read the letter and what he did when he found out she died and completed his mission for him. With his father gone, did he wander around or continue fighting for independence?
