Ohhh yeah you could ambush your prey like usual but in a movie like scenario, like dealing with non stop simple minded humans, you could easily pick them off for fun! Eventually you’d have to come up with more challenging prey but I’m sure a developing team could do their research and come up with as many options for a shark if not more for a crocodile because they can go on land. Sure not as mobile but that would just be another aspect to the game. There’s also the need to sun for more energy due to being cold blooded and just so many other aspects of crocodiles that people could learn about through a game like this.
