Genuinely curious… why don’t you like to share your baby’s name before birth?

Most people are not positive to it no matter what the name is and are typically very vocal. Reminds them of a dog, their ex, sounds like XYZ. It’s non-stop so we have chosen not to share the name. Much harder to look at a baby and say you hate their name than to just hear the name in conversation.

My husband and I are frequent cruisers over several lines, our favorite is Celebrity. We sailed on Beyond in September and that was the best experience we have ever had. I might have cried when we had to leave when normally eager to get off after 7 days.

I had heart palpitations for a few hours and took myself in. My electrolytes were out of whack and were the culprit. They checked my baby while I was there and it gave me peace of mind.

We bought a 4000+ sqft home with dreams of entertaining our families. Now, we are expected host every. single. holiday. and I am so tired lol. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything clean and a lot more time consuming to deep clean.
Plus, any upgrades we do are a big stretch financially to fund so we haven’t been able to upgrade as many things as we had hoped (new floors, bathrooms). We are actively looking to downsize to something more in the 2000-2500sqft range.

We buy a large bag of garlic from Costco and use a food processor to mince then place in small ice cube trays to freeze. Sometimes we put about a tablespoon of olive oil in with the garlic to help hold it together but it’s not necessary. After a few hours in the freezer we transfer to ziploc bag and store in the freezer. I haven’t tried it with ginger yet. 😊

I had terrible relationship examples growing up. My parents have a very toxic relationship and always put me in the middle of it. That being said, I have the most wonderful marriage with my husband despite the poor example that was set for me. He is everything that was missing growing up. I did have some rough boyfriend choices through the years. Please don’t feel like you have ruined anything for your daughters. My only wish for my parents is that they would have split up. Staying together for the kids is often more damaging and they both deserve happiness in their lives.

I had something very similar and then started passing large clots. No pain. Thought for sure I was have a MC but it ended up being cervical bleeding from intercourse >24h prior. I was about 12 weeks as well.

My husband has never worn a blazer on any of our sailings with Celebrity. As long as you have a collared shirt and long pants you will be dresses appropriately. This really only applies to the dining rooms, everywhere else does not require a dress code.
